This may not be your favorite subject...until the discharge plan succeeds and your patient list is one name shorter! When you know more about this process you will make it work for you more easily, and those around you will be happier. Best of all, patient care will improve.

This program will teach you the basics. Throughout the readings you will be asked questions or assigned tasks; with each challenge you can add points to your score. Upon completing the game you will have the chance to enter a prize drawing.
